Penny developed her editorial skills while working for one of the UK’s industrial training boards and subsequently within a London-based management consultancy. After working overseas for ten years (in the Middle East and Greece) Penny joined the Cambridgeshire Small Businesses Group, writing and editing newsletters, commercial proposals, business plans, brochures and press releases.

Penny has worked with a wide range of clients in both public and private sectors, including manufacturers, service providers, charities and statutory organisations.
