  Isobel Golding BA (Hons)
    A Human Resources specialist with 15 years experience within HR in both operational and managerial positions.

After gaining a degree in Psychology, Isobel began her career specialising in Recruitment and this has remained a theme throughout with considerable time spent in competency-based resourcing and psychometric profiling.

Initially, Isobel spent several years in the Insurance sector before moving into telecommunications – firstly, with responsibility for resourcing a London-based ‘green field’ site for AT&T and later, in generalist HR management roles providing complete HR support.

Much of Isobel’s experience has been in technical and IT environments and her responsibilities have encompassed the whole spectrum of HR. She is committed to the development of best practice and ensuring that HR act as a valuable part in change management and employee relations.
