An enthusiastic professional Line Manager, with experience of Human Resource Management as a trainer, developer and as a generalist.
Initially Anne trained as a teacher, she then moved to banking and finance before moving into the Retail sector. Anne spent five years with Marks and Spencer plc as a Business Manager, moving to Le Riches stores in Jersey as their Personnel and Training Manager responsible for the three Marks and Spencer franchise stores in Jersey.
Training has been at the centre of Anne’s professional life with much of her experience around Management and Organisational Development. Anne’s training style is enthusiastic and encourages high rates of participation from delegates.
Time spent in Personnel has also developed Anne’s knowledge of performance management, disciplinary procedures and counselling staff together with the development of best practices for the Personnel department within the organisation.
Anne has considerable recruitment experience gained over the last 10 years as a Line Manager and from the Human Resource perspective.
